    Process

The idea of a “Chiwawa” magazine was conceived from an event that happened a year ago. Grace French, a resident of Vancouver, received Chihuahua dog as a Christmas gift from her uncle. She was afraid of dogs and had misconceptions about it being dangerous. After a while, they developed a bond, and they had go-everywhere companionship. It helped her to overcome the phobia of dogs. So, she decided to start a magazine dedicated to a Chihuahua dog.

    Target Audience

The target audience are both male and female, single and family income dog owners and dog fearers who reside in urban and suburban British Columbia.

    Persona

    • Name: Joyce Brown
    • Gender: Female
    • Status: Married
    • Income: $60,000
    • Pet Owner: Chiwawa
    • City: Vancouver

Joyce is a married woman with 3 children. She is a lecturer at one of the universities in Vancouver. On her free time, she takes her Chihuahua dog for a walk. She is an avid reader of magazine and fancies of finding a magazine dedicated to her favorite dog Chihuahua. She has heard of a Chihuahua theme magazine online from the USA, but she is the type who is inclined to read a hard copy. Having such a magazine will be greatly desired.
